We deliver to select European countries (UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, etc.) via:
• Nova Poshta
• Ukrposhta
• Meest Express
• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
• 5 to 7 business days are added to usual delivery time in case the item chosen is not available in stock
• Delivery times vary by location and shipping provider but normally it takes around 10–14 business days to the above countries.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the carrier’s rates. The customer is responsible for all delivery fees.
• Delivery to the UK is up to 30 GBP depending on the parcel’s weight.
• The cost of goods that doesn’t exceed £ 135 is not subject to customs duty or sales tax. Any additional charges may be imposed by the UK customs over the above amount and these will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Once an order is handed to the delivery service, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.
