Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
• How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, fill out the return request form available on our Returns Page or contact info@boutique-UA.co.uk. Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
