1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if:
• They are unused and in their original condition
• The packaging and labels are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that:
• Have been used or worn
• Have damaged or missing labels

3. How to Return an Item

• Fill out the return form (on our website or it is also available upon request at info@boutique-ua.co.uk).
• Send the item, along with the completed form, to the return address: 01021, 7 Klovsky Uzviz, office 95, Kyiv, Ukraine.
• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• If an exchange is required, shipping costs for the replacement item will be charged.
